My Baby

This is my best friend, travelling partner and companion. I have had the longest lasting relationship of my life with her and enjoyed some of the best times together.

She never sulks/gets jealous when I ignore her for my computers or another relationship. When I get back to her it is just like we were never apart.

She's raunchy and loud most of the time but she can be sexy and sweet - if I want her to be. She can be whisper-quiet if I unplug her or loud as a jack-hammer if we link-up with Mister Fender 100 and some Jimi... she'll burst your eardrums without a second thought.

Her body is curvy in the right places, shiny beyond belief. Cherry red and black contrast. A neck of Cedar that's long and smooth. A head that can give you head and a swing arm that just swings.

Two pick-ups, four pots, independently adjustable bridge, low action with no fret-buzz and strings that bend like those of a Hooker in the key of G. She also has two lovely fret holes that allow easy access into her hollow body.... May I say that her hollow body also gives endless howling 'feedback' when you shove it up close to a stack...

She's a Greco Shreik. Her name suggests she's noisy Greek but she's American through and through - and she's mine!

She's beautiful too!


Reality Check: Alas, she has no legs... so I have to carry her around wherever we go.

Also, If we go by plane - she has to go in the cargo hold!
